Welcome to the MALVASIASUITES guesthouse.

Born from Luca and Luna’s desire to create a welcoming and modern home that represents something absolutely new in the panorama of accommodation facilities in Bologna.

In 2024 we bought and completely renovated the apartment next to the one where we live. Our proximity represents a guarantee of quality and hospitality for guests.

MALVASIASUITES is located in one of the most beautiful and functional areas of Bologna: we are Porta San Felice San Felice, in a side street of Via Saffi, a few steps from the Maggiore hospital in Bologna, not far from Piazza Maggiore and the main historical monuments. Very well connected by public transport to the exhibition center, the airport, Bologna central station, and the FICO food and wine park.

In the construction of MALVASIASUITES we put heart, energy and resources, trying not to leave anything to chance. We carefully chose the materials, saw and reviewed architectural solutions until we found the best in both comfort and design. The idea was to create a warm, welcoming environment, where silence, privacy and relaxation were the main characteristics to be satisfied.
