Located in via Innocenzo Malvasia 6/1, about 200 meters from the historic Porta San Felice.

For those coming by car, we are outside the ZTL. Once you arrive, there are two parking options

• In the municipal blue spaces right in front of the building
• Use our covered and guarded garage located 100 meters from the entrance of the building

The apartment consists of a common living area and two double bedrooms with their own bathroom.

All rooms are equipped with a private bathroom, Smart-TV LED technology, air conditioning and free ultra-fiber wi-fi connection 24/24. The heating and air conditioning system can be adjusted individually room by room.

In the rooms you will also find a kettle, a selection of teas and herbal teas, espresso coffee and a mini bar.
